| Background |
| I grew up in Skagit and Whatcom Counties and visited the San Juans as a teenager. After twenty-some years in California, memories of the islands inspired me to return on a boating vacation. The once-familiar sights, sounds, and smells were so compelling that I "came home" to the northwest in 1997. The islands offer an incomparable lifestyle. It is amazing how much - or how wonderfully little - one finds to do here! I've become involved in literature, art, and theater groups, enjoy boating and hiking, and serve on the board of the local animal shelter. |

| My business career began in San Francisco and spanned fifteen years of corporate sales, regional managment, and national marketing. Subsequently, I owned and managed a photocopier dealership for ten years in San Diego. After selling the business to a national distributor, I "retired" and moved to San Juan Island. A passion for residential design led to a second career in real estate. I love to share the discovery of home and investment possiblities and have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation. When the decision is made to sell or purchase a property, my marketing and negotiating experience helps to achieve a positive result. |
